In 1825 an unknown artist rendered this elegant portrait of Gabriel Joseph de Froment, Baron de Castille (1747 - 1826) and his wife Princess Hermine Aline Dorothée de Rohan (1785 - 1843) with their family. Clearly, their youngest babe was hungry...and as we all know, one of the best ways to keep a restless little one quiet and still is to pop a boob out! Props to Princess Hermine for showing us how it's done with style.
The painting has been reproduced by Breastfeeding Art as a matte, museum-quality poster and printed on durable, archival paper. The matte black frame adds an extra touch of class.
